Welcome to Harbor Cove! Featuring new attraction: fistfights between residents for parking spaces!
In addition to all other mis-management issues already described in other reviews, the new management (management here is replaced every 2-3 months) decided to reassign parking places for most of residents! The previous management already performed parking audit in November and gave each resident a signed letter with permanent parking assignment. But the new manager started her short career by throwing to the basket all earlier obligations and assigning a completely different parking to most of people. Many people still keep old parking, other follow the November assignment, other just park wherever they want. Since there are no guest parking on the property, many people are forced to park on a very busy street, which is dangerous. Other are engaged in fistfights. Come and see!
