Don;t even consider this place

Things just keep going from bad to worse here. In February, management decided to move everyone's parking place (one space to the left) and caused total chaos (some people seem to have been notified, while others weren't). One women down the hall told me her parking space had been moved 3 times -- heaven knows why, but logic doesn't seem to play a big role in the management here.
There hasn't been any maintenance done on the complex in two years (when the long-time resident manager was fired and a "professional" management company was brought in). Before that, some improvements were always taking place.
If you need any problem taken care of, forget about it, unless you're willing to call repeatedly and scream (even then there's no guarantee -- really important things take forever to get fixed).
And the place is becoming ever more slum-like. I would never have expected to have a family of 4 (with the associated noise)living in the one-bedroom below me at these rents, but the management either don't seem to ask any questions or care about checking this out. And there are the people (two apartments on my hall so far) who cook smelly food with their doors open and stink up the entire building. And the people who throw their garbage into shopping carts in the hallways because they're to lazy to take it out to the proper receptacles.
Run, don't walk from this place. Even the location won't make up for what you'll be in for.
