If you are a cheapskate and want to live in Foster City, this is the apartment complex to be in. They typically charge the lowest prices and have unusual move-in specials when they need to fill up their apartments. That being said, low price is the only thing that can lure people to live here.

The buildings are very 70's with their thin walls, cottage cheese ceilings, and complete lack of style. Noise from children is abundant in the 2 bedroom buildings, traffic noise is a disturbance all night, dump truck noise will wake you every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and you'll be able to hear everything your neighbors say inside of their apartments.

The fitness room has two treadmills, two elliptical machines, and a couple of near-worthless weight machines. The rec room, which you can rent for about $125 per day (!!!), is nothing to speak of. The swimming pool is rarely in use as it's usually not warm enough to swim outdoors here. There is no jacuzzi.

Maintenance staff has been adequately quick to respond to my troubles, so I have no complaints in this department. If you need a technician to do everything for you, like change a lightbulb, unclog a sink, you might not be too happy with their response, which is usually about 2-3 days.
