First to anyone who has commented nicely about this apartment...You probably have never needed anything done before, or even had a conversation with this staff! Initially they are kind of respectful when contacted, however they say they will do things they never end up doing. They just shine you on, "yeah okay we'll take care of it..." Our side door was broken for over 6 months, and the maintenance guy lived in the closest apartment to the door! We recently had new 70's looking cheap carpet put in. This took over a month in which the workers left beer bottles and all their crap lying around every night. When the managemewnt was notified, they acted concerned but never did anything, and everything continued as it was. It would have taken one walk through to notice this stuff. Not only that but did I mention this was all happening during the holidays when family and friends were visiting, how embarrassing! This place is built very cheaply and is in dire need of renovation, however the renovation that has been done is cosmetic and mirrors the same cheap ugly 1970's style. And dont get used to seeing the same staff, they cant even keep their employees happy, in which the employees take out their frustration on the tenants. Bottom line listen to us tenants that are currently living in this hell hole. Dont stop here keep driving down the street...to like sand cove, miramar, a trash can on the side of the road even. Dont live here!
