I've seen the employees change many times in the past year. But it's always the same: friendly until something needs work.
The laundry facilities have had three broken machines (one with stagnant water for months!) for some time.
It takes 2-3 requests to get something fixed.
The don't deal with rude neighbors AT ALL. I still hear the punk kid make noise on the floor below me when his mother leaves him alone on the weekends.
And if all fails, they just ignore requests.
They want you to sign a lease or make promises for you to renew your lease, but otherwise, you're not important.
They spend a lot of $ w/ cosmetic upkeep but repairs and morale are not a priority.
