The apartment was okay with the exception of the deposit. When we first moved in, the counter had knife marks on it. They finally resurfaced, however, after moving out, they charged us for resurfacing the counter again. We spent 2 days cleaning the apartment and they still charged us for painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning in addition to the counter resurfacing to over $300. We called, and told they'd get back to us, however, they haven't returned our calls. Even after reading all the bad reviews, I decided to live there because the staff was nice and the community seemed nice, but got burned like the rest of them.
