I would like everyone to know that Harbor Cove is under new management. It has been purchased by Essex Property Trust. I recently rented at Harbor Cove & I was treated very well. The office staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my moving experience hassle and surprise free!

This person must be one of the office staff members. It's only been worse since Essex took over.
