Spent six months here. The halls are somewhat dingy, a smell a bit. The apartments are reasonably spacious and relatively low priced, but older and a bit musty. Noise was pretty bad as my unit faced E. Hillsdale. No washer and dryer in the unit, old appliances. They took about six months to refund my deposit.
