Used to be a really nice place to live. Our rent just went up $300! Maybe the money should be spent on cleaning up all the bird feces found throughout the entire property! Forget about having two parking spots for your cars! Hundreds of noisy kids screaming and running up and down the halls!

If your rent went up that much it was because you were probably paying way below what current apartments in the area are going for....

Our rent went up several hundred dollars as well! How do they rationalize raising somebodies rent that much when their lease is up? ...and I agree with all of the other comments. Not only can you not get 2 spaces, but there are a bunch of empty uncovered spaces that don't ever get used that we're all not allowed to use for some unknown reason.
