Utility Billing Company is Run by Crooks

AUM is the company that handles the utilities billing. They are criminals! They lied about their own payment receiving system when I called - they even claimed all bills received are processed and cleared on the same day. They continue to bill me $5.00 a month. AUM practices frauds, intimadation and harrassment. I've asked Assex Harbor Management on numerous occasions of what they knew about this AUM and why they were chosen to handle our billings here at Harbor Cove, and Assex remained silent on the issue.
It's $5.00 a month. Not a lot of money. Better to donate it to charities, but why give it to a bunch of crooks.
I've filed complaint to BBB. Has anyone else taken any legal action against AUM, or Assex Harbor Cove Management, or both.

No, but I think it's good that you have. This apartment complex is as worthless as the people who work here. Oh...and that's not even making mention of the parking issues.
