The View Is Not Worth It!

People coming to Foster City for first time are so happy because of the view they don't pay attention to the actual apartment they are thinking to rent. I think they are going to make condos here because they seem to be wishing we will all move out. Plus, you think you will be getting a nice big balcony, but balconies are not lit and you're not allowed to put lighting on them. If you do, they threaten to give you 3 days notice!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Yep! They threatened to kick me out just because I have plants. It must be all the loud parties my plants throw on the weekends.

From the staff at Harbor Cove: We invite you to our community to take a tour of the real Harbor Cove. We???re proud of where we work and live and would love the opportunity to show you. As employees of Harbor Cove, we???re disappointed when a resident leaves unhappy. However, as you have noticed, the majority of the reviews for any apartment community on any apartment rating website are negative. Every day we continue to improve the community which is also home for many of us. Our maintenance team has been restructured resulting in faster response times and we???ve always had 24hr emergency maintenance service. They also ???turn over??? apartments for our new residents, this takes some time as we want each home to be spotless when you move in. We???re in the process of updating the landscaping and are looking forward to its completion this spring. Many of our residents received lease renewal offers that were significantly higher than they were used to in the recent past. However, all of the renewal offers were based on the going market rate, and often somewhat below. While this obviously is upsetting to many residents, we are still one of the most affordable Foster City rental communities. Of course, as with any rent increase, some residents unfortunately left. Fortunately though, we???ve welcomed more new residents than we???ve had to say goodbye to. If you???re looking for a wonderful place to live, we???d like you to come and see for yourself. You can contact the leasing office 7 days a week for a tour or more information. Harbor Cove Apartment Community 650.345.7300 harborcove@essexpropertytrust. E. The review is very accruate, based on experience and what I have heard from fellow residents about the management. What a joke, that letter from the staff. They don't even respond to emergency pager calls, and this is before 7pm PST. |
