This place is the worst place to live in foster city because of it's horrible staff.
The managment is so rude that you will feel like breaking your lease after talking to them. The are very irresposbile answering to your phone calls and question.
They will even hang up phone on you (some lady did that to me).
They never listen to any of your concern or do any thing to address that.
Also, ever since they allowed the pets, you can see pet's poop all over the place.
Worst place to live and overly priced !

My rent was also raised by $150 at the end of my previous lease. I'm already looking at other apt's cause for the amount they want you can live at a better place for the same amount of money.

I agree. Once you've signed the lease, they could care less what your problems are unless you basically verbally attack them, then they adress the issue. You shouldn't have to be rude to get a result. Nice people finish last with them.
