Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The place is not so bad. There are and - everywhere.
points:
1. Location, Location, Location....Bank of America, gas station, Safeway, Costco, Indian Groceries, a big lagoon and restaurants all within 1 mile.
2. Floor plans.
3. Found exteriors and interiors neat as compared to other places.

1. No guest parking.
2. Only one parking for residents.
3. Management could be better. They would tell u to use future resident parkings at night but tow ur cars next morning if you do not remove them by 10:00 am without warning.
4. Small fitness center.
5. Your assigned parking could be really far.
6. Maintenance is very slow.
