I don't recommend this apartment to anyone....The people who work at the leasing office especially there is one lady called Vanessa, she is so rude on everyone and she doesn't even care at all. And initially they say that a referral bonus fee is given when someone is referred but later will come up with some excuses saying that referral bonus fee had changed and offer like $50 or so...and then for that small amount, they make you visit several times to their office. Coming to Car parking, it's horrible...1B/1B or 2B/2B apts get only one assigned spot and if we want second spot, we have to pay for it. Another drawback is they don't keep proper records for parking spaces. They just give it and if we go there to park, somebody will be using it already. I heard car break ins also happen here. There is no guest parking too. Guests should park their cars outside the apt on the main road. Coming to the inside of apt, there are not that great but ok...As everyone was complaining, the walls are thin and we can hear noises from other apts. If we call them for any maintenance issues, they won't pick up the call and also won't respond back to us. Moreover, they won't come to fix the problem soon. They come like after 2,3 days. Atleast they won't call us, and tell that they have received our call and come on so and so day. I guess it's better to stay in a motel rather than staying here at Harbor Cove Apts. Inspite of reading all this, if you still want to have real time experience then you can definitely move here and experience it.

Well in response to this comment by miss whoever. You should not complain about paying for parking as if you go to San Francisco you will pay $200 to $300 just for parking.$25 for an additional parking space is very reasonable but maybe you are too cheap to pay for this considering you are complaining of $50.$50 is better than nothing!!Maybe for the comment on the staff after hearing your complaint you maybe will lose your chances of getting anything with that attitude! You should get that $50 and put it towards your parking for 2months oh but maybe you are too cheap for that.Harbor Cove is a wonderful place and i would recommend seeing Vanessa as she was my leasing consultant and she did nothing but bend over backwards for me to make me happy.Dont always go by what people say you must see Harbor Cove yourself.

The reason parking costs so much in SF is that there isn't any. Harbor Cove is overflowing with parking and there is just no excuse for their deplorable lack of organization with regard to the parking situation. Their story on this changes daily and the lack of guest parking is ridiculous. I also think that the employees of Harbor Cove are making a concerted effort to monitor and skew the ratings they have on this site...but fortunately there are so many unsatisfied ex-tenants that they are not able to do so. With regard to the previous response...we'll see how cheap you are when you move out and they try to screw you out of your deposit.
