I have lived here for 1.5 yrs now. I must say that the maintenance department here is horrible. The main leasing office does not deal with maintenance and repair issues. The maintenance department doesnt even have an office or a live person to talk to. There is just a phone number and that too you can only put a voicemail and cant talk to a live person.

Even after you put a voicemail, you can never be sure that they are going to look at your problem. It has usually taken me multiple voicemails and 2-3 days of waiting before someone looks into your problem.

This has happened to me several times. I do not want to list the specific issues for which i raised the maintenance request because; the owners might recognise my post and come after me for retribution.

But those looking for an apartment.... DONT RENT HERE.

Hello I am the Maintenance Supervisor here at Harbor Cove. I am sorry to hear that this resident feels this terrible about our community. The resident has been living here for 1.5 years we must be doing something right. However we do hear your complaint and we are working on a better way to improve the way we take our work orders. I hope that all of my residents know that if they have a problem I would be more than happy to meet them in my office to talk about and resolve the situation. With 400 apartment homes we handle each resident complaint with importance and resolution, though we can not make everyone happy I would invite this and any resident to voice your concerns and problems with me. my name is Rey
