I wish I had read all the comments here before renting the apartment. To be honest, the location is great. However, I don't think anyone is willing to suffer such a bad management just because of the nice location. Generally speaking it is an expensive, old and lack-of-maintenance place. Most maintenance guy work hard but since the place is so old and things are easy to fall apart, you will soon be sick and tired of calling them. Don't be surprised that the elevator stops somewhere between 2nd and 3rd floor. Don't be surprised that you are locked for no reason and cannot open the main entrance door of your building from inside! It's so frustrating especially it happened when you were running to work in the morning. Don' t be surprised when you find your window screen falling off in a windy day. It is very normal. The parking management is poor too. You might need to walk about 8 minutes to your assigned parking spot although there are bunch of them available in the lot just next to your building. Don't mention about the visitor parking, there in none. I clearly remembered when the staff showed me around the complex, they said the swimming pool was heated from May to September. However, last year it was damn cold for the whole year. I asked someone in the office when it would be heated. Guess what, he said it had already been heated!! That day was not April 1st and I wasn't the only one complaining about this! I heard a ridiculous story too- one day a tenant went to the office to complain about the rent increase, the staff called the police! Can you believe it'' The management doesn't care about residences feeling at all. They simply do not want our business, that is why more and more people have been moving out. Anyway, I believe you will find a much better place in this area, just like what I did.
