The way they treat you when you move out is entirely different from the way they treat you when you move in. Horrible apartment. They charged me for everything(full re-paint of apartment) when you move out, even though I stayed there for 2 years. Please do not rent here. Its such a bad place. Regreat having stayed there.

Paint is required at PROPERTYS expense after 2 years, Carpet depending on wear and tear, 3-5 years since last time they replaced the carpet. California LAW! The only reason they'd like to discuss it with you is so you don't report them!
