I have lived in this complex for really long time. Is it worth the rent they are charging, absolutely not. I have been waiting to buy my place and move and property runup always forced me out of buying.
Coming back to Harbor cove, I have seen some of the most obnoxious person being employed there. One thing realy beyond me is does not the property management firm realize faster turnaround impact there earning.
Also Harbor cove started permitting dogs - (and some dogs are really big ones) and this was OK initially but more recently the dog owners and stopped caring about making the place dirty. I have seen number of times the owners will simply look around if no one is watching and walk away after that.
Also some new tenants decided to leave there garbage in the walk ways. I have seen one set of mattresses lying in the walkway for last 3-4 days with no action.
In summary if you want a nice quiet clean place, than Harbor cove is not a good choice.

This review was very helpful to make a decision for renting in Harbor cove. I have heard similar kind of complain from few other residents too.
