Feels Like Home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   I have been a resident here for over five years and some of these statements made are just untrue. Yes, the appliances are old, but, upon renewing my lease in 2003 the office replaced all of my kitchen appliances. They replaced one every month until they were all new. I have also found out from my neighbors that the same has been done for them. Also, whenever it comes time to renew they have always let me negotiate my rent down a little. I have shopped around to compare prices and yes you can get a 2 bedroom for much lower at other places, but, they are dumps. This is a pretty quite place in a really nice neighborhood. I plan to be here until my wife and I buy a home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
