Avoid this dump of an apartment complex at all costs. We also only had a tour of the model, for whatever reason we could not see the actual unit until the keys were in hand. Cabinets are terrible, appliances are in dire need of replacement.


I'm not sure how many times we needed to complain about our scumbag neighbors who liked to let their trash bags sit out by the front door. And the ponds temd to give off a nice cess-pool aroma on warm days. Someone should get a bacteria count done on that water.







And I was one of the lucky people to have their bike stolen, mid-morning one day. Some security staff.

We actually did get our deposit back, minus a (very reasonable) $20 charge to fix a spot on the capret.
