I recently moved out of this complex, and overall I had a pretty good experience. When I gave my notice the office explained to me that if the unit is left clean and the carpet is in good condition that I would receive my deposit back in full. I did some light cleaning before I left and because my family and I did not wear shoes in the apartment the carpet was in like new condition. To my surprise I did indeed receive my entire deposit back. Although some of the appliances appear to be old they will replace them if you request. All in all the grounds and lake are kept up and this place is nestled in one of the nicest communities in FC.
