pluses:

* close to great jogging trail
* nice townhome style apt
* vaulted ceilings
* w/d in unit
* quiet building, solid walls, you wont hear your neighbors much
* super safe, you could leave your door open and nothing would happen.
* nice landscaping

minuses:

* insane ant infestation (DO NOT EVER LEAVE FOOD OUT, or you will see 1000s of ants the next day)
* old, rotting kitchen cupboards
* spider infestation (webs; you will wake up with them on you more than once)
* rent high considering you are in the deadest city in the bay area
