I wouldn't recommend this place, too high priced

This place is overpriced in comparison to other places on the peninsula. I'm not renewing my short-term lease, not worth the money. Place is not well kept and dingy lighting with all the cobwebs over the light fixtures. I live in the ghetto part, where because you can't see it from the street, they don't do any gardening or cleaning around the area. Look somewhere else before settling here.
