If you rent an apartment from them on a special, the rent is reasonable enough to make them worth it.

Maintenance was good throughout our stay with same-day fixing of problems. Management was very nice and polite and always returned our calls in a reasonable time frame. The unit itself was spacious and fairly well laid out. No noise from neighbours at all (seemed to be good construction). The best part was the nice walking/biking trail right next to the complex, so if you like biking this is really convenient.

Though we expected them to withhold a lot out of our security deposit (in the tradition of apartments in the bay area), they withheld only the needed charges which was a pleasant experience.

Ah yes, the washer - dryer within the apartment was a big convenience.

One piece of advice, however good the management is - always make sure your move-in checklist lists all the problems in the apartment in detail.

Would rent from them again - and would highly recommend.
