We just moved out of Lantern cove after a year, and they raised the rent over $100. Upon moveout they took almost all of our 500 deposit for cleaning. WE SCRUBBED the entire apartment all weekend, and removed marks that were noted in our inital inspection, yet they still charged us a cleaning fee, as well as carpet cleaning. There is an abundance of mold throughout the apartment complex and in the units, no matter how clean you are it still comes back. They are decent apartments I must say, and you are on the levee which is convinient for dog walking and walking in general. Do your homework, and stay away from Creekside, Lantern cove is a better bang for you buck over this other property.
