I've seen it swimming around complex on numerous occasions. Beware, don't let your pets or children near the water's edge for God's sake. I once witnessed an attack on a duck that was swimming along the surface when, something pulled it into the murky shallows. I don't know what it is, but it moves extremely fast. I heard that that a resident once captured on video, but I've not seen it.

I'm really scared its going to get my cat. I don't know who to call or what to do' Please, if there is any other residents who have had similar sighting let the office staff know immediately. So far they don't care that people's lives are in danger, but if more people come forward they have to do something.

Don't put your family in danger. Avoid this place at all costs.

It's a raccoon. I saw a family of 4 come out of the pond just last night around 11.

That's too creepy. I've always thought that the mote that surrounds the apartment complex was gross. I was unaware that anything was in it besides mosquito larvea

Maybe it's a lochness monster. Muah. Please, I can't believe that someone would be scared of "something/someone" living in a lagoon.

Its actually true. There was a crew here a few months back who came to kill it. Apparently it was some sort of illegal carnivorous fish which was released into the pond at Lantern Cove and a few other complexes. The guy said some one was doing it to kill the ducks and geese since they poop all over the properties. It sounds funny to be scared of some mutated creature living in the pond, but I know of at least 4 other residents here who have had sightings and some one else saw a duck get pulled under and last spring all the baby ducks dissappeared! Anyway...the thing is gone supposedly thanks to the crew that came, but regardless, the situation was strange to say the least!
