Having kids does not mean that you're NOT a working professional. I think it's an attraction for Lantern Cove to house families/children. If you've done your research, then you would know that Foster City has good schools with good API scores, which means great students - compared to many in the Peninsula.
You adults should be ashamed of yourselves for saying nasty things about children.
Of all the complexes in Foster City, the parking is the best and minimal noise. The place isn't cramped. Washer and dryer in the unit is a major plus, IMO.
