We lived there for 1 year. The Unit as such is good and very spacious. But while moving out Management gave some silly reasoning and charged us for replacing carpet.

Bottomline:
* Good place to livein
* Forget the deposit, you will be lucky if you don't have to pay any extra $$$ while moving out.
