Marlin Cove Apartments

Noisy From: olive2620 Date posted: 8/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   this is the worst apartment building we ever lived in, the construction is bolow standards. We can hear the poeple upstairs the whole day, the guy must be over 300 pound, when he walk it fells like ceiling is coming down. The kids like to roller blade in the apartment and she like to walk at 11:00 pm with high heels on the tile floor. Complaining to management does not help, it seems the do not care. We will be moving at the end of our lease. The lease for a 2 beedroom apartment is $1700 for the first year and will go up to $2300.
