Super Baaaaaaaaaaaaad!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Completely ghetto-any ethnicity...seriously!!! do not move here...management is so bad, you wont believe it. Nothing ever gets fixed, its very, very NOISEY...im moving out, i got played for over a year here. Warning: do not move here, or you will regret it. you heard from me too, just like the others below. The Garbage trucks are very noisey, this Apt complex will pocket money. Water bill scammers to the fullest power. -------s for tennants here, tons of door slamming, people are walking so much in their apts, you;d think they were training for the olympics..."SERIOUSLY". This property is clearly over priced, un-finished and poorly ran. The San Mateo Times wrote an article on this property, ans stated it was filled 75% with Asian families. P&W closed its doors, and really never warned the Apt community, over nite! If the Grocery Store left you can imagine why, lastly, an Asian super market is comming in April, '04 to this property. They keep your deposit, even if you clean up.
