Marlin Cove Apartments

Don't move to Marlin Cove From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We are living here for almost 2 years and we are counting days until we can move out. Appartment management doing nothing to fix problems if they happen. Few examples: - it's took about a year to fix continious problems with gate. It wasn't opening with remote control. - twice we had a problem with hot water, actually no hot water. It's took more then week to fix it. When we conplaint about it - we got the stupiest answer in the world: "Many people taking shower at the same time, it's why there is no hot water" - we have continuous problems with elevator. We have a baby and we are living on 3rd floor. At least once a week, every week the elevator is not working.
