Marlin Cove Apartments

LIVED HERE SIX MONTHS. SO FAR, SO GOOD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived at Marlin Cove for six months and must say I like it. The only problem I have had is with my neighbors music shortly after I moved in, but have not had any problems since. My apartment is fairly large (1200sqft, or something close) and I have a nice view of the bridge. Management is friendly and although I have asked a couple of things from them they have actually done it. Which I have not had done in the past. The only issue is possibly not having two spaces assigned. I wish we did, but not the end of the world. Overall, this has probably been one of the better apartments I have lived in.
