To echo the other comments on here -- the staff and crew are dismal at best. Getting anything fixed is a major headache. When I was there the water flow into the apartments was reduced and reduced and reduced until there was barely no water coming into the units. For example, taking a bath required TWO hours to fill the tub -- that is no joke. A shower was a terrible experience. I called and got a response that there were no problems with the water. I told there there sure was in my apartment and to come take a look. Nobody came. I called again and they sent someone out. He said, you are on the top floor (5th) and I can't make the water pressure any higher so that is as good as it gets. I explained it wasn't that way before -- was something broken' He said, No... This was never fixed. It forced me to move out as I couldn't even shower! The security is a joke, none of the doors are ever closed or are set to close -- the card keys are useless -- anyone who wants into any of the buildings or properties could get in without one. They raise your rent every single chance they get. Mine went up $700 in 2 years! egad! To repeat -- stay away! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I live on 4th floor and water pressure good. No problem. Gate always closed. Rent too high. I get $125 rent up. I like place but too much money.
