Marlin Cove has been good to me. Recently, before I moved out, the owner went what I consider above and beyond what is required of an owner. I had my car stolen at the train station with my house keys, and wallet in the glove compartment. I was completely locked out. I called an emergency pager number to hopefully get someone to help me. The owner called me backed and explained that they do not assist with emergency concerning lock out. But after hearing my story, and my pleading, he left his house at midnight and let me in to my apartment. I realize he did not have to do that. I just thought it was a great thing to do. Other than that, the apartment was nice, the place was clean, and my neighbors were very cool. I did not use the facilities much but they were nice to have when I did decide to use them. I had no major problems in my unit but the building did loose hot water for two days. Apparently the water heater went out. It was soon fixed so all was good again. Other than that hickup, It was a great place to live. I moved to Portland for business, but thought I would chime in. If you are looking for a place to live in the bay area, you may want to consider The Cove.

Oh great, let me sell my house and just move backto marlin cove quickly, so i can have the apt. mgr let me in my apt. at midnight. Thank you for sharing your story, i'm sure we'll hear more...lmao
