I have lived at Miramar since the property opened and just found out about this website.

I have had a great experience here. The property is new and luxurious with granite, ceramic tile, gas appliances, etc.

You do hear the planes flying overhead but anyone who rents in Foster City should be aware of that, and just like when I lived in the city, you just get used to it.

The maintenance and management has been a pleasure to work with. Maintenance is always quick to repond and is very personable when you see them on the grounds and the ladies in the office are always pleasant. We can now have our dry cleaning serviced through the office.

My only complaint would be that the gym be a little larger, but since it is never that crowded it is ok, I guess since the property is small the gym is small.
