I live there now, but I'm moving. For what I'm paying, it's not worth it.
For anyone interested in moving here, do not take a unit facing the parking lot unless you want to endure late night teens rattling your windows with their car stereos, or obnoxious weekend kids on skateboards making all kinds of noise (they show up after the office closes to evade apt. mgmt).
The apartments are also poorly insulated. During the winter be prepared to leave your heat on constantly or you'll freeze (within 15 minutes of turning it off the temperature nosedives). Heating bills can exceed $100 a month as a result, even for a 700 sq ft unit.
Miramar is located *directly* underneath SFO's flight path for final approach, and it is LOUD. At times it's non-stop - you can't even leave your windows open it's so insufferable. No place in Foster City is this bad - it will drive you nuts, especially late night. You've been warned.
The maintenance folks are great, but the office personnel here can be boorish and irritable. And for no reason. I'm not sure what this is about, but they must pay these women not to smile. Even if you're just stopping by to pick up a package, prepare to be treated like a dog. The old management was pretty nice, but these new people are just plain rude.
Nice location, though. And clean. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.
