I rented at Miramar from September It was one problem after another with the maintenance, the office staff, and the complex. They rob you blind at the end of your lease. You will never get back your security deposit and they will make up lies that you trashed your place and make you pay for all new paint and carprting and cleaning. The staff is incompetant and they pass the blame from one person to the other ,unprofessional office staff at Miramar . I would never recommend Miramar to anyone as

I have to agree...I lived at this property when it was first opened. When we moved out we were charged for new carpet even though the carpet was less than 8mo old! I to felt as if I had been robbed.
