Beautiful apt, expensive

I lived here for one year, shortly after it was completed. Very large (870 sq ft), beautiful apartment with gas appliances, 9" ceilings, etc. Convenient parking garage. A little drafty, fire alarms in the complex would go off semi-regularly waking everyone up and forcing everyone to wait outside 'til the fire dept showed and turned it off. Some noise, but not too bad. Very expensive.
