I'm a little confused by all the negative reviews--I've lived at Miramar for over three years and I've never any problem with noise. Sure it's a bit on the expensive side, but the apartments are very nice and the location is great. The one criticism I have is the corporate feeling you get from Promoetheus, the company which owns the complex. Our rent has been raised every year and we've been very unsuccessful in trying to negotiate.
