Okay Place, but still some issues

This is a very nice place to live with many ameneties, but I wish they would have disclosed the fact that we are in the SFO?s flight path. We could hear the planes three times an hour. We were also told that the apartment we were renting was brand new, but upon further inspection we found many patched holes where, most likely, a previous tenant made. It was strange.
When we moved in we received the usual "already signed the lease so we got you treatment". No one in the leasing office really rushed or gave off a facade of wanting to help when things went wrong. It was a little frustrating.
Overall, the apartment itself is beautiful and the ameneties are great. I just wish the staff and maitenance crew were a little more helpful.
