Near the water, but showing signs of age

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
Front door, windows and sliding glass doors don't seal very well, so the place is a bit drafty. Bedroom doors don't stay all the way open. The place is quiet except for those annoying car alarms. They didn't raise our rent as much as they could have last year. I'm sticking around a bit
