I lived at Sand Cove apts for a little over a year. We had a decent experience with a couple of household issues. Our water is never really "clear" and has particles in it and is always a brownish color. Does not make me want to shower in that kind of water, let alone drink it! The toilet does not flush well at all. When I made phone calls about the toilet being broken, they waited almost 2 days before coming to fix it.
The entire complex (just our side) lost hot water and someone called in and said they would send someone over right away and nobody came. They had to call in again 2 hours later when the lady said "Oh, he said he can't come out tonight." But why did they not call us to tell us' Also, you can usually park in the green area after 6 and they don't tell you that during the summer it's after 7. Communication is not that great.
We also lived on the top floor and we could hear the person who was living downstairs carrying on conversations, arguments and the humming of some machine they've got.
Also, remember...they say there's plenty of guest parking but I'd like to see where it is.
