Fun place to live

I've been living at Sand Cove for 2 years. I agree with the other reviewer that they could have raised the rent by a lot last year, but didn't, which was a huge plus. The 2 bedroom/2 bath layout is sufficiently large. The complex grounds are well kept. One large minus is that they take FOREVER to process a service request. I've submitted very easy to fix service requests and it's taken them weeks to complete repairs. I had to go to the rental office every week to remind them that they haven't fixed the problem yet. Also, don't ever double park your car in the parking lot or else it will get towed. One of my friends came over to visit, double parked in back of my car and my roommate's car, then came out 1 hour later to find that his car was towed. I thought that it was retarded that his car got towed b/c he wasn't blocking anyone.
Also, like other many other complexes in Foster City, there is no visitor parking spots. Visitors must park across the street at Bounty Dr.
