Noise, noise, noise! Stay away or go deaf...

The garden-like grounds and waterfront location give off an impression of tranquility, yet Sand Cove is anything but peaceful and quiet!
Paper-thin walls and single pane windows mean you?ll constantly hear the neighbors? plumbing, barking from the dog park next door, diesel engines doing construction at the nearby boat ramp (going on for over a year before I moved), and jets landing at SFO. Crew teams rowing the lagoon used to wake me up every Saturday morning!
The office staff is so-so -- they told me the same lie about DSL that another reviewer commented on, and they have given me grief when I?ve asked for maintenance. The maintenance staff is generally nice.
Unit size is not bad but interiors are a little worn. The old carpets have a few obvious stains, and the bathroom fixtures don't ever come completely white.
Bottom line: Don't be tempted by the waterfront views -- do your ears a favor and stay away!
