Spacious units, property manager is a pain

I lived in these units for over a while now. The units are ok. They're pretty spacious although you can tell they're old. The water always runs brown for the first 2 seconds before running clear. Kind of gross. The grounds are kept up very nicely. You can see the ground keepers taking care of the shrubbery and the flowers. Our front door was often times raked clean of dead leaves which was a nice surprise.
The only thing I would warn you about is the manager, Yvonne. She's rude and pushy and to be quite honest, she's a snob. With management staff like that, you should sign with caution. Other than Yvonne, the leasing agents were pretty nice.
I've read other comments about the noise level at Sand Cove. We could hear the guy below us snoring. There is always something going on at the park so be aware that there will always be music, people, etc walking around and making noise.
