The garden has small little mosquitoes that keep collecting on the roof of ur balcony. they flock in hundreds and i just cleaned them as they had stuck in the spider webs. wonder if they do maintain the gardens then how come there are so many mosquitoes'

They are lax in maintenence. I had a maintenence request 20 days back and they have still to come back. The rents are high and the maintenence sucks.

The manager is one rude lady. Her attitude sucks. AS it is evident many of the posts are made by her in her praise. she thinks ppl are blind as to not notice this. Yes stay away from such people who have no manners how to communicate.

The fitness centre is in shumbles . rarely do the equipent work. There is one tread mill as compared to 2-3 in similar rated appartments in foster city. but it is out of order for most of the time. the cyle is faulty too. sucks totally. they charge u for the facilities but dont maintain them.

The pool is rarely cleaned.

The noise level is too high.

most important of all. our car was crashed just outside the gate. the road to which sand cove is has 40 speed limit. There are many cars parked outside the gate and so u cannot see the cars coming. its good that we escaped with shoulder injury and minor bruises. one more hazard.

stay away pls if you want value for ur money.
