Ar first I fell in love with the apartment for 2 reasons: beautful lagoon view and large apartment.

Then I started to discover the problems... noise and annoying management. As you can read from other reviews, this is one of the worst design. Probably because they are very old and the management doesn't want to re-invest the apartment. Every night (for 3 years) i had to bear with the elephants dancing upstairs. And they have to complaint about my friends visiting.

2nd problem: have you heard of management sending you letters (yes, 2) because of blooming flowers ' I love to garden and have 15 pots of flowers in the bacony. They dared to send me letters to cut down the plants or otherwise more serious actions will be taken against me. I ignored them. Then 2nd letter came. That's it. If they can bug me about my flowers, they can bug me about everything. Worst than my mom. I had enough although I hate to move , I moved out after 3 years of tolerance.

I should have writen the chronicle to show how ridiculous the Sand Cove is. I am glad I have this site to vent and warn people about the management.
