Careful when you leave - you could get charge more than your deposit!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
We spent an year there. The location is wonderful. The apartments are small but great for couples without much baggage. Closet space is a worry. We enjoyed last summer very much, even though paying $1850 for a single bedroom looks like a crime now.
The gripe is how we get ripped off when we left. We spent 2 days cleaning the apartment - it was in ok condition - nothing to justify a $600 charge. I felt bad esp. when the management turned rude (yes, RUDE), when they heard we are leaving.
Be very careful of your money, when you go there. When you leave show them the apartment. They can turn nasty.
A big *NO* unless you are willing to spend big bucks and comfortable with the management.
