Moved into this place looking for peace: top floor, facing the lagoon, far from street, far from dog park, far from any possible imaginable noise source.
Found Paradase' No way: Walls are paper thin that I can understand the conversation of my neighbours. Moreover, the plumbing is so bad that theres a loud high pitch noise from water running in pipes, and neighbor's bathroom fan even shakes the bedroom wall!
I noticed construction was bad before moving in, but I never found a place this noisy. Bottom line' Can't sleep, even with earplugs and with my nice-beyond-imagination neighbors trying to be as quet as possible, so I've decided to move out after only 5 days... Management is unresponsive (with minor fixes bathroom fan and pipe noise can be greatly reduced), but at least they have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed policy. Probably because they know the place is not that great at all.
To be fair, if you're a heavy sleeper, and can trade off a not so welcoming, not so attractive and relatively expensive place for the wonderful lagoon view, you would probably enjoy it here.
