When I was reading the comments writen here, I noticed that some employee's are getting quite defensive. especially one comment, I am sure, writen by Yvonne herself (the one which describes her as an angel) because as all tenants know, Yvonne is a very angry, anal retentive person. I cannot imagine anybody likes her.

Since I could not afford buying a house in Bay area, I lived in rental apartments. This complex is quite old, the appliances and the wood work very old, and the walls are extremely thin. My bedroom window shakes as if it's an earthquake when upstairs neighbours walk in their room.

The view is spectacular, but if you live in a waterfront 1st. floor apartment, you have absulately no privacy. And if you think you can put some plants in your balcony to create some privacy, Yvonne calls you imidiately and orders you take down the plant. Like a military camp.

But besides Yvonne, all other employees are very helpful and friendly.
